Overview

Naga's money market lets you earn yield on deposits and borrow against your assets.

Earn & Borrow Model

The money market operates on a simple principle:

  • Earn: Deposit assets into lending vaults to earn interest from borrowers
  • Borrow: Use your crypto as collateral to borrow other assets

This creates an efficient marketplace where lenders earn passive income while borrowers access liquidity without selling their holdings.

Built on Morpho

Naga's money market runs on Morpho, which currently secures $8 billion in assets across DeFi. Morpho is a well-established and secure lending protocol with 27 security audits and a track record of securing assets.

How It Works

For Lenders (Earn)

  1. Deposit tokens into a lending vault
  2. Your assets are made available to borrowers who put at least 117% worth of collateral
  3. Earn interest automatically as borrowers repay loans
  4. Withdraw anytime (subject to available liquidity)

For Borrowers

  1. Deposit crypto as collateral
  2. Borrow up to a percentage of your collateral value
  3. Pay interest on borrowed amounts
  4. Repay and withdraw your collateral when done
